Create in Me a New Heart

Psalm 51:10

Create in me a clean heart, O God,

And renew a steadfast spirit within me.

In the midst of David's despair, he clung to the love and grace of God and refused to let go. We all have fallen in sin and sometimes our spirit is as broken as David's was. Remember that God forgave and restored David and He will do the same for you. If you will confess your sin and repent; he will cleanse your heart and renew your spirit. Cling to God and trust in Him.
